Courses

This course is for: Employees who have been nominated as Emergency First Aiders for their workplace. If your risk assessment has shown that First Aiders are not necessary, then this course will provide the skills and knowledge required for Emergency First Aiders to render necessary First Aid in an emergency situation including use of an AED. The course is also suitable for those who wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures & a FAIB approved qualification in First Aid.

Certificate: A 3 year Certificate of Competence (FAIB approved) will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: Suitable for First Aiders working in lower risk and smaller workplaces and who have the potential to have the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and have limited time to take a whole training day. First Aid equipment and first aid trained personnel at the workplace are requirements of Health & Safety law. In emergencies, Emergency First Aiders can act to prevent situations becoming major issues and can limit potential sick leave through prompt action.

Certificate: A Certificate of Competence, FAIB approved for the purposes of the HSE (First Aid) regulations 1981, will be awarded on successful completion of the eLearning & practical session. This will be valid for 3 years.

This course is for: Nominated personnel to become First Aiders in the Workplace to comply with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

Certificate: A 3 year Certificate of Competence (FOFATO Approved) will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: Any school staff who have been identified to become Emergency First Aiders or whole groups of teachers to render emergency aid to both staff and students. This course is ideal for staff training days.

Certificate: A 3 year Certificate of Competence (FAIB approved) will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: Existing First Aiders whose First Aid at Work certificate is due for renewal (currently 3 years). This course complies with the Health & Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981.

Certificate: A further 3 year Certificate of Competence (FAIB Approved) will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: Any staff or volunteer workers who require an Early Years childcare First Aid course & are responsible for the care of children &/or babies. Staff completing Level 3 of the National Occupational Standards in Children�s Care CCLD 302. All registered Childminders and pre school playgroup leaders are required to have First Aid training.

Certificate: A 3 year Certificate of Competence (OfQual recommended) will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: Suitable for people working with Children a babies that do not require the full 2 day Paediatric First Aid course. In emergencies, paediatric First Aiders can act to prevent situations becoming major issues and along with the knowledge and skills to use first aid equipment, can also limit potential sick leave through prompt action.

Certificate: A 3 year Certificate of Competence will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: smaller workplaces where a First Aider is not required. If your risk assessment has shown that First Aiders are not necessary, then this course will provide the skills and knowledge required for Appointed persons to render necessary Basic First Aid in an emergency situation with an AED. The course is also suitable for those who wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures & a qualification in First Aid.

Certificate: A certificate of attendence is issued valid for 1 year

This course is for: Any individuals who have access and are expected to use an Automatic External Defibrillator either at work or recreation. If you have, or are considering, making an AED available to your staff or customers, this is an essential course.

Certificate: A 1 year Certificate of Competence (Resuscitation Council recommended) will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: Any eligible individuals who wish to become First Aid Trainers and/or Assessors.

Certificate: A certificate of competence will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. This price includes a trainer�s portfolio, Full Colour First Aid Manual and certification.

This course is for: Any individuals who require BLS+AED adult, child & baby refresher training or wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures.

Certificate: A certificate of competence is awarded upon successful completion

This course is for: Any care workers who have been nominated to attend the First Aid module of their training and wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures & a recognised qualification in First Aid.

Certificate: A 3 year Certificate of Competence (FAIB approved) will be awarded on successful completion of the course and assessment.

This course is for: Any individuals who have access and are expected to use an Automatic External Defibrillator either at work or recreation. If you have, or are considering, making an AED available to your staff or customers, this is an essential course.

Certificate: A Certificate of Competence will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. This will be valid for three years.

This course is for: This course is designed for teachers and coaches of sport, fitness instructors and sporting participants who wish to gain knowledge of emergency procedures including AED use & also want to gain the Emergency First Aid at Work certificate as recognised by the HSE

Certificate: A 3 year HSE recognised Certificate of Competence will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
